On August 9,2016 we lost our building to an early morning fire. We had been in this building for over 2 decades. It was a long road, but one year later God has blessed us with a beautiful new building so that we can continue to serve Northeast Georgia for many decades to come. Scroll down to see pictures of the fire and a slideshow of the transformation of our new building. To God be the glory!

Today has been a difficult day. If you don't know, Millie's Drapery had a fire early this morning and we have suffered a complete lose of our building. I am thankful to say that no one was in the building and no fireman were hurt. I am truly humbled by the prayers and outcry to help from friends and family. Thank you. Millie's Drapery and Decorating lost its physical building but we are made up of family, employees, and our amazing clients. And I am happy to say none of that can be taken away by a fire. We will remain strong and rebuild.
I post this picture taken by a friend. God is our strength and while I have done my far share of questioning Him today we will praise Him in the storm. And He is our Rock in times of struggle. So many things I don't understand and so many questions to be answered. I don't know the answers to them all but we will cry out to the one who does.
